Completed in 2008, the high-quality Villa Pyrylä is perfect for both holidays around the year and accommodation during business trips. Villa Pyryla is just a few metres from the seashore. Admire the wonderful scenery of Yyteri and the Säppi Lighthouse from the villa, its two terraces or even from the sauna.

The 59 square metres of Pyrylä accommodate four adults and two children. Both of the bedrooms have two 80 cm wide beds and there’s a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has utensils and kitchenware for six people.

Yyteri Golf, Yyteri dog beach, the charming Uniluoto neighbourhood with its boat docks, the Kallo Lighthouse, the BSF yacht club and the Mäntyluoto Harbour are located near the villa. The villa is just three kilometres from the six-kilometre beach and dunes of Yyteri, and ten kilometres from Reposaari. Mäntyluoto is about a 15–20-minute drive from the centre of Pori and Kirjurinluoto. In addition to the natural Pyrylä beach formed by the sea, there are other sandy beaches suitable for children in Mäntyluoto.

The art nouveau-style Mäntyluoto Hotel located next to the villa on the other side of Merisatamantie road is part of a nationally significant cultural milieu.
