Yyteri Dog Beach

Beach for human’s best friend!

For hottest days of summer, bring your hairy friend to the Yyteri dog beach. The beach is approximately 500 meters long, so there is room for everyone!

The address of the dog beach is Merisatamantie 13. There is visitor carpark opposite the Port of Pori building, on the other side of the road. There is a path to the beach from the carpark.

Rules for the Dog Beach:

• You can let your dog go off the leash, but keep in mind that you are responsible for the behaviour of your dog.
• Do not bring an unvaccinated, horny or a sick dog on the beach.
• Do not throw sticks or stones, and do not bring your dog toys on the beach.
• Remember to greet the dog owners first, and after that the dog.
• Each visitor of the Dog Beach has the responsibility of taking the droppings of their dogs into trash bins.
• Keep the beach as clean as it was as you entered the beach.
• Do not let your dog’s bark disturb the general peace between 22:00-07:00 o’clock.

Please do not take your dog to the Yyteri beach.
